Our fitness facility is open from 6:00am - 10:00pm, giving you the flexibility you need for your days at Pinnacle at the Pier.
After your workout, take some time to catch your breath on our large south-facing patio deck enjoying beautiful views over the Burrard Inlet to downtown Vancouver.
The entire third floor is dedicated to your health & fitness:
- Fitness room fully equipped with treadmills, elliptical trainers, bicycles all with personal TV – plus a full array of free weights and weight machines
- 25 meter marked 5 lane pool
- Spin/dance/yoga/pilates studio space
- Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna
- Change rooms with lockers
- Towels provided
Live Fit Studio, located within our fitness centre, offers even more training and workout options:
- Personal training & small group training
- Zumba dance classes
- Indoor cycling, Tabata spin, and TRX spin classes
- Cycle specific spin, coaching, guided rides, and "learn to train"
- TRX suspension training
- Private yoga/pilates
- A 30-minute fit training program
Outdoor Fun on the North Shore
For an authentic West Coast workout, take some time outdoors – kayaking, mountain biking, hiking skiing and, yes, even the Grouse Grind for the keeners.
We are happy to provide hotel bikes for your complimentary use during your stay. Please see the front desk for availability. If you're travelling with your own bike, our secure bike locker gives you piece of mind allowing you to store your bike in a monitored secrure storage facility.
