Lighthouse Park: This really is what the West Coast is all about. At 75 hectares, Lighthouse Park is the largest uncut rainforest in the lower mainland. More »
Capilano Suspension Bridge: A 450-foot (137m) swaying bridge that's suspended 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River… What’s not to love? It’s won tons of awards and is great for all ages. More »

Maplewood Farms: Looking for a place to spend a morning with your young family? Try this on for size. At the base of a mountain on the banks of a river, Maplewood Farms is the ultimate hands-on, get dirty petting farm. More »
Grouse Grind: Well, we’ll just say they call it ‘the grind’ for a reason. Don’t let the relatively short 3km distance fool you – this baby covers an elevation gain of 2,800 feet. But there’s no feeling like it when you’re done. More »
