All food and beverage must be supplied and prepared by the Pinnacle at the Pier team. Dietary substitutions are available upon request. The sales and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated
by LLBO, federal and municipal regulations. As a licensee, the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is responsible for the administration of these regulations.  Therefore, liquor cannot be brought into any function room from outside sources, which includes all donated liquor. Hotel policy permits the service of alcoholic beverages until 12:00 midnight.
