By utilizing local sustainable products, our culinary team brings the full flavours of the North Vancouver region to life with carefully prepared dishes, maintaining the integrity of the ingredients to deliver a truly remarkable dining experience.

Our culinary team oversees all food and beverage operations including the hotel’s 85-seat restaurant, banquet and conference facility for up to 500 guests, as well as in-room dining.
